We are the only rabbit processing plant in the state of Mississippi. We buy rabbits for processing as well as raise them ourselves. Rabbitman Farms has been in business since 1987. We have been owned and operated by Donald and Katrina Forbes since January 2003. We are a FDA registered facility and are inspected by the Meat Inspection Division of the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce.
